Classes and Lessons

I have been taking classes at the Actors Studio here in Chicago for a while. I wanted to come back to the basics and really remember how to approach the craft. These classes have really helped me remember the importance of preparing properly for a role. After several years of doing this I have started taking shortcuts and having tricks that work for me and have stopped really fully doing the work. Its nice to be back to being all up in the work.

I also just started taking voice lessons to prepare for a couple musical auditions coming up. Cause lord knows its been a while and the pipes are a little rusty. I don't know how long this will last as classes and lessons are not cheap! But I am glad for the time I can make it last. I love to sing so much, even if its for just myself I don't care...
